Limited time program for qualified employers

Business & Professional Excellence Program

Training to Elevate Your Workforce

In an effort to support employers throughout the Cape and Islands, Plymouth and Southeastern Massachusetts regions, The Center for Corporate and Professional Education at Cape Cod Community College has been awarded a Workforce Training Fund Grant to offer training programs, at no cost, to help your organization thrive and staff members reach their full potential.

The Business and Professional Excellence Training programs are offered in three core topics: CommunicationTeam Dynamics and Productivity.

Businesses of all sizes are welcome to participate. Training programs will be offered multiple times in different regions for a limited time. As a grant-funded program, with a proven track record of success, reserved seats in this program are highly sought after.

All employees are welcome to complete the entire series or chose from only relevant programs. If an employer is eligible for funding, the cost of each training program is covered by the Workforce Training Fund Grant.
