Job #1 – Administrative Coordinator – Mid Cape Full Time: The Administrative Coordinator assists the Operations Manager in the day to day operations of their satellite office. The Administrative Coordinator will work under the supervision of their Operations Manager. The Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for assisting their Operations Manager in a variety of tasks, including but not limited to scheduling, payroll, billing, fiscal management, client/employee files, and various reporting. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative role. Must have flexibility to schedule to accommodate clinic and patient needs (including evenings and some weekends). Associate’s Degree in business, accounting, finance, administration or management is preferred. Pay is $13-$15 per hour and benefits

Job #2 Store Manager – Mid Cape Full Time: Meet or exceed company objectives in all measurable areas of the business, including but not limited to sales, employee performance and retention, and merchandise stocking. Provide consistent assessment of each associate’s sales performance and assist; Recruit, develop, and train store personnel to achieve operations objectives as well as adhere to operational policies and guidelines. Prepare store schedules and provide for proper store coverage at all times, within wage control set by the company. Job Requirements: Education and/or Experience Four-year degree from a college or university in business or a related field; or two-year degree and one year of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Job #2 – Assistant Director of Admissions – Upper Cape Full Time: Responsible for collection and collation of materials necessary for the assessment of applicant. Represents school at various recruitment events such as college fairs, outreach programs, workshops, and school visits. Assist in developing brochures, bulletins, catalogues, and related publication for dissemination of information to prospective applicants. Requirements: Baccalaureate degree and an ability to travel within the United States and possibly abroad. Must have flexibility to work evenings and weekends. Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree preferred. Salary: $50,000 to $54,000 with benefits. Must be a US citizen.

Job #3 – Pastry Cook – Mid Cape Full Time: Well established Artisan Bakery on Cape Cod seeking a Pastry Cook who shows passion for what they are making. Providing baked good for retail outlet as well as restaurant. This position will scale, mix, make and bake all pastry formulas provided and as directed. Hours 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Salary $12.50-$13.50 per hour plus benefits.
