Job #1 – VNA Clinical Coordinator – Mid Cape Full Time: Under the direction of the Team Leader and within the agency policies and procedures, provides support to private pay clinical operations. Provides supportive functions to clinical and managerial staff. Coordinates visit schedules. Facilitates communications between team, staff and other departments. Facilitates activities supporting the achievement of budgetary goals. Acts as contact to internal and external customers. High School diploma or equivalent required. One year experience in administrative or home care functions preferred. Knowledge of medical terminology.

Job #2 Office Manager – Upper Cape Full Time: Responsible for supervising, mentoring and coordinating administrative staff and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with District policies, providing administrative support to the District Superintendent and Assistance Superintendent, water billing, invoicing, creating and assigning work orders. Minimum requirements: Associates Degree in Business Administration or related field, three years of related experience as an office administrator, including one year in a supervisory capacity (municipal experience is preferred). Excellent computer skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and QuickBooks. Must be bondable and possess a valid MA driver’s license.
