Monday, December 4th, at 12pm

Gourmet Lunch and FREE Festival of Lights Presentation

Join us for a delicious lunch of: Wine Braised Beef Brisket, Potato Latkes with Applesauce and Sour Cream, and Assorted Hanukkah Pastries for dessert. Then, we will be treated to a Festival of Lights Presentation from our own Al Drucker, who will regale us with a history and demonstration of the Menorah, his travels overseas, and this important Hanukkah Tradition. DAYTRIP DESTINATION:

Holiday Shopping Trip to Orleans and Lunch

We visit the Orleans shopping area, Snows, Christmas Tree Shop and some lovely Downtown Shops.  After shopping, there will be a stop for lunch at Wendy’s.  Lunch is at the cost of the diner. There will be a significant amount of walking involved.  The COA Bus Departs the COA at 9:30am, with an estimated arrival back to the COA at 3:00pm. Space is limited. FREE Memory Screenings

The Alzheimer’s Family Support Center of Cape Cod is offering FREE Memory Screenings, by Appointment, at the Chatham COA. Space is limited. Reservations Required.

Friday, December 8th at 2pm

FREE Holiday Show – “The Holiday Spirits” at 2pm

Followed by the Chatham Tree Lighting Scenic Ride at 5pm

 The Chatham COA welcomes "The Holiday Spirits", a group who will present a "Holly-Jolly" program for the entertainment of all!  What a fun, FREE way to kick off Chatham’s Christmas Stroll weekend!  Join us for some holiday fun, laughter, music and refreshments for the body and soul at the COA. Space is limited. Transportation is available.  Reservations for the show, tree lighting scenic ride, or both, are required. Call the COA at 508-945-5190.

Holiday Extravaganza Lunch and Show

Celebrate the Season with our Holiday Extravaganza, featuring entertainment by Liz Saunders. This energetic and interactive performance of the holiday classic songs, will have you tapping your toes and singing along!  The holiday lunch menu includes: Baked Ham with Spinach Pie, and Spiced Mashed Sweet Potato and Squash, and Chocolate Mousse with Peppermint Bark for dessert. December Birthday Celebration

If you were born in the month of December and reside in Chatham, we hope you will join us at the COA for our monthly Birthday celebration. Guests are encouraged.  Transportation is available.

FREE Holiday Chorale Concert & Luncheon

Celebrate with your Holiday Sweaters and a Concert with the Monomoy Middle School Chorale Group & Free Dessert Bar. Enjoy favorite holiday tunes performed by our talented middle school community.  Get into the Holiday spirit and wear your favorite Ho-Ho Horrible Holiday Sweater Or, your Fa-La-La-Lovely Sweater!  Prizes will be awarded!  Free Dessert Bar generous compliments of The Old Harbor Inn. The lunch menu includes: Shrimp and Chicken Penne Alfredo, Spinach Salad

Wednesday, December 20th

FREE - DAYTRIP- SENIOR DAY AT WHOLE FOODS

The Chatham COA will be offering transportation to and from Whole Foods on December 20th.  Seniors are invited to visit the Whole Food’s store for a variety of different events, samplings and educational classes. The Time frame for the trip is as follows: The COA Bus will leave Chatham at 9am. The event takes place 10:00am - 11:30am. The COA Bus will then depart Whole Foods by 12:00, returning directly to Chatham. Reservations are required, space is limited. Call the COA at 508-945-5190 for information & registration.
