Christmas in Cotuit Magic Show: Skip Daniels The Magician

This year, as part of the Christmas in Cotuit celebrations, Cotuit Library will be hosting a magic show featuring Skip Daniels the Magician.

 

Skip has performed, lectured and taught magic for over 30 years, and is the inventor of many unique illusions. Skip performs his magical comedy shows at fairs, festivals and theatres throughout the United States, and is a regular performer at the Comedy Studio in Cambridge, the home of Boston's longest running magic show. He is also a regular performer at King Richard's Faire in Carver, MA. With tricks and laughs to fit any venue and audience, Skip’s performance is magical fun for all ages. Don’t miss out on this fantastic holiday event!

Adult Coloring with some Holiday Cheer

Join us Cotuit Library to enjoy a relaxing hour of coloring for adults. We’ll provide the colored pencils and pictures to color, you just need to bring yourself and your creativity. We will also have hot chocolate available and music playing all day to help get you even more into the holiday spirit this season, so come on down and relax with us at Cotuit Library.

An Hour of Code

As part of Computer Science Education Week, Cotuit Library will be participating, along with tens of millions of others around the world, in An Hour of Code. We will set up some computers with access to Code.org, which is loaded with games for children of all ages (but adults can play them too!) that are geared towards computer science and computer coding education. So come on down to the library, play some computer games for an hour, and learn about the fascinating world of coding, if only for an hour.
