* WHAT...Snow expected. Untreated roadways will become slippery
  during the latter half of the commute. Total snow accumulations
  of 2 to 4 inches are expected.

* WHERE...South coastal Rhode Island and Massachusetts. This
  includes the Cape and Islands.

* WHEN...Until midnight EST tonight.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Be prepared for reduced visibilities at
  times.
