Job #1 – Facilities Manager - Mid Cape Full Time: Responsibilities include maintenance, strategic capital planning, space planning, design and construction, landscaping, and leasing. Ensure compliance with applicable building, fire, and emergency codes, as well as all regulatory standards for all Agency locations. Work with CFO to prepare annual budgets and then to oversee and monitor all expenditures. Procure, review and compare quotes for necessary contracted work. Manage, supervise and coordinate contractor work for all third party vendors. Plan and oversee all building work and /or renovations. Efficiently utilize resources for the overall operation of maintenance and janitorial functions. Respond appropriately to facility emergencies or urgent issues as they arise. Undergraduate degree in business management or related experience preferred. At least 5 years� progressive experience in the field of facilities management.
Job #2 – Business Office Manager – Lower Cape Full Time: This person will be responsible for general office duties, light human resources functions, and general payroll and accounting administration such as: Day-to-day office management. Deposits, petty cash, and collections. Processing bi-weekly payroll. Accounts receivable requisitions. Recruitment and hiring. On-boarding new hires. Employee benefits enrollment. Workers comp management. The ideal candidate will have the following: Bachelor's Degree - human resources or business related preferred. Strong attention to detail. Good organizational and time management skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. The ability to be self-directed. Computer skills including MS Office and payroll systems. Strong written and verbal communication. Training skills or experience a plus.
