Job #1 – Regulatory Officer II – Mid Cape Full Time: Professional and technical work supporting the regulatory mission of the Cape Cod Commission. Coordinates an assigned DRI review process with towns, abutters, developers, Commission members and technical staff. Prepares staff reports on the regional impacts of proposed projects and draft decisions for review and revision by Commission members. Bachelor’s Degree in planning, environmental science, public health and safety, law or related field; Master’s degree or Juris Doctor preferred; minimum of one year of experience in regional planning, land use planning, environmental planning and or regulatory work; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Salary $62,608.15 annually with generous benefits.

Job #2 – Customer Service Teller – Lower Cape Full Time: Provide exceptional customer service, accurately and efficiently processing customer service transactions. Build relationships with customers, anticipate their needs and educate and demonstrate for customers how to utilize the various customer preference options. High School degree or GED required. Minimum of 6 months cash handling experience in a retail or banking environment and minimum of 6 months demonstrated customer service experience.
