Plenty of sunshine on tap for the region today, except for some clouds near the southeast New England coast. Afternoon highs should reach into the middle to upper 40s across many locations, but gusty northeast winds blowing off the cold ocean will keep highs in the upper 30s to the lower 40s along the eastern MA coast including the Cape and Islands.
