Scattered showers will exit the region by mid morning, otherwise dry and mild conditions expected with breaks of sun developing in the afternoon. Temps reaching into the 50s.

A slight chance of light rain between 7am and 9am. Cloudy, then gradually becoming mostly sunny, with a high near 46. Northwest wind 5 to 9 mph becoming southwest in the afternoon. Chance of precipitation is 20%.
Tonight
Mostly cloudy, with a low around 36. Southwest wind 5 to 7 mph becoming calm after midnight.
Thursday
A chance of rain, mainly after 5pm. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 48. Light south wind increasing to 5 to 9 mph in the morning. Chance of precipitation is 30%. New precipitation amounts of less than a tenth of an inch possible.
Thursday Night
A chance of rain before 8pm, then a chance of showers, mainly between 8pm and 1am. Cloudy, with a low around 42. Southeast wind 8 to 10 mph. Chance of precipitation is 30%. New precipitation amounts of less than a tenth of an inch possible.
Friday
