Upcoming Events for Kids at Whelden Memorial Library

From "miniatures" to "two days of code"

From the Whelden Memorial Library:

Whelden is happy to host another Youth Miniature Workshop taught by the Cape Cod Miniature Society's Kim Carlson and Joanne Kelsall on Wednesday, April 18 at 5:30 p.m.  This time we will be creating a spring scene to keep.  This free event is for kids ages 10 and up.  Please call 508-362-2262 to register.

Come enjoy an entry level "2 Days of Code" at Whelden Library on Thursday, April 19 from 12:30-1:30 and Friday, April 20, from 11:30-1:00.  This is a great way to spend some of your child's April Vacation learning a valuable skill that they can use all throughout life.  We will be using Dash bots during this interactive workshop about the basics of programming.  For children 8 years old and up.  Registration is free: please call 508-362-2262.
