From Yarmouth Police:

On Wednesday, April 11, 2018 at 10:00PM, members of the Yarmouth Police Department Patrol Force responded to a report of a large fight inside Tavern 731 located at 731 Route 28 in South Yarmouth.

Upon arrival, Patrol Officers found that a fight had occurred inside the bar area involving at least nine people and a Dart League game.

A 39 year old Harwich man was found bleeding from one of his legs and subsequently treated by members of the Yarmouth Fire Department and transported by ambulance to Cape Cod Hospital in Hyannis.

The non-life threatening injury is alleged to have occurred when he went to break up the fight and fell down on sharp glass from broken beer bottles.

The Yarmouth Police Department has notified the owner of the property—Sandy Digivanni—and the investigation is active and ongoing.
