Job #1 – Field Service Technician – Upper Cape Full Time: Perform field service, repair, installation and operator training on equipment and devices used in advanced package inspection solutions. Provide customer support both in the field and in the office. May include engineering and marketing support. Primary territory is within the United States however potential for some international travel may be required. Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics, or experience in a related Technical Field focused on Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering and 1 to 2 years related experience in installing and field servicing of computer-based machinery. Must be able to travel more than 50% of the time with limited advance notice.

Job #2 – Executive Administrative Assistant – Mid Cape Full Time: Report and provide high level administrative support to senior management. Maintains executives Outlook schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, and travel. Provide support to Sales team for proposals, orders and customer communications. Coordinate trade show planning, including marketing for shows. Process expense reports. Schedule and coordinate customer luncheons and conference rooms. Highly proficient computer and Internet research skills. In depth knowledge of Microsoft Office. Knowledge of Salesforce helpful. Skills and knowledge equivalent to two-year secretarial program and minimum three years administrative experience. Degree in Business, or related field, preferred but not mandatory.
