Latanowich will be arraigned today on murder charges in the death of Yarmouth K9 Officer Sean Gannon.  He is reportedly being held at Yarmouth Police headquarters until his arraignment.

Officer Gannon was part of a law enforcement group that attempted to serve a warrant on Latanowich in Marstons Mills yesterday.  Latanowich allegedly opened fire on the officers, killing Officer Gannon and wounding his K9 partner Nero.
