High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum 1-year prior related experience. Ability to teach and model occupational tasks. Must be able to effectively communicate in both verbal and written form with coworkers and supported individuals and read fluently. Valid driver’s license in the state of Massachusetts required. Successful completion of all state and Agency mandated training required upon hire.

Job #2 - Administrative Coordinator - Lower Cape Full Time: Supports store management in the execution of store related administrative functions including maintenance of associate personnel files,cash office, data entry into ORACLE system, assisting with employee scheduling and payroll, and maintaining necessary store and office supplies. Company is flexible in scheduling but must be able to work two nights per week. High School Diploma or equivalent required with a minimum of 1-year retail experience and 6 months in a leadership role. Salary range of $12.00 to $13.50 per hour with benefits.

Job #3 - Clinician/Therapist - Upper Cape Will develop and supervise the implementation of behavioral support/treatment plans, attend meetings, and provide technical assistance as needed. The position requires proficiency with the delivery of therapeutic services and supports to individuals with developmental/intellectual disabilities within their natural environments using a behavioral treatment approach. Master’s degree, preferably in counseling, psychology, behavior analysis, special education, social work, or a related field. Requires professional licensure. Valid driver’s license, ability to drive, and means of consistent transportation. Travel to other cities and towns may be required. Salary range $60,000 to $65,000 annually with benefits.
