Job #1 – Administrative Coordinator – Lower Cape Full Time: Supports store management in the execution of store related administrative functions including maintenance of associate personnel files, cash office, data entry into ORACLE system, assisting with employee scheduling and payroll, and maintaining necessary store and office supplies. Company is flexible in scheduling but must be able to work two nights per week. High School Diploma or equivalent required with a minimum of 1-year retail experience and 6 months in a leadership role. Salary range of $12.00 to $13.50 per hour with benefits.
Job #2 – Store Manager – Mid Cape Full Time: Provides disciplined leadership including setting clear expectations and holding the team and him/herself accountable for results. Adhere to the Store Manager scheduling requirements (weekly exceptions must be approved by the District Manager): Minimum of 2 nights per week, minimum of 2 weekends per month scheduled during peak hours (e.g., Friday night, Saturday mid-day through evening, Sunday). Attracts, hires and onboards store staff as measured by appropriate performance scorecard, retention and new hire survey results. High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred. Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in retail or equivalent industry experience preferred.
