Job #1 – Clinician/Therapist – Upper Cape Full Time: Will develop and supervise the implementation of behavioral support/treatment plans, attend meetings, and provide technical assistance as needed. The position requires proficiency with the delivery of therapeutic services and supports to individuals with developmental/intellectual disabilities within their natural environments using a behavioral treatment approach. Master’s degree, preferably in counseling, psychology, behavior analysis, special education, social work, or a related field. Requires professional licensure. Valid driver’s license, ability to drive, and means of consistent transportation. Travel to other cities and towns may be required. Salary range $60,000 to $65,000 annually with benefits.

Job #2 – Administrative Assistant – Mid Cape Full Time: Will work with office personnel to assist in the day to day field and office operations in an excavation/construction company. Coordinate and maintain project related records, including permits, contracts, purchase orders and change orders. Must be proficient with Mac, PC systems, Microsoft office and internet research skills and the ability to navigate internet websites. Perform tasks independently and with others such as subcontractors, suppliers, engineers, project managers, municipalities. Knowledge of construction and excavation processes and heavy equipment is preferred but will train the right candidate. Experience as an Administrative Assistant for 1 year preferred; High school diploma or equivalent required.
