Job #1 – Lube Technician – Mid Cape Full Time: Lube technicians are responsible for vehicle maintenance and light care like oil changes and tire rotations. Requires careful attention to detail and the ability to easily adapt to new technologies. May need to stand for entire shift and lift boxes in excess of 50 pounds. Being physically capable of doing the job is a necessity. No Experience necessary. Company offers a flexible schedule, competitive salary and benefits.

Job #2 – Business Office Manager – Lower Cape Full Time: Oversee the department, including front desk employees. Manage day to day operations at the community related to accounting, human resources and billing. Recruit, interview, hire and train new employees. Work directly with home office to ensure accounts payable and accounts receivable processing is timely and accurate. High School graduate or equivalent certificate; Associates degree preferred. Successful completion of bookkeeping/accounting courses is helpful. 3 to 5 years progressive experience in office management is a must. Knowledge of Microsoft Office as well as familiarity with the Internet and its search tools. Knowledge of Ultimate software payroll system preferred. Knowledge of basic GL and Accounts Payable systems.
