Job #1 – Executive Assistant to the President – Upper Cape Full Time: Organize and assist President in development and maintenance of all Trustee and Overseer communication and interaction. Manage and schedule President’s calendar. Coordinate and support Management meetings. Arrange business travel. Previous experience working in a high visibility position in the academic (public or private) or business world preferred. Must be skillful communicating highly confidential material. Must possess solid skills in Microsoft Office Suite. Familiar with Blackbaud’s Raiser’s Edge a plus. Five years of experience in a responsible administrative support position required. Some college or advanced relevant training preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required.

Job #2 – Executive Director – Mid Cape Full Time: Manages daily operations, fundraising, marketing and member services, to include member recruitment and retention. Is responsible to the Board of Directors for activities including coordination of the strategic/business plan; organizational structure and procedures; motivation of members and volunteers; income and expenditures; employment, training and supervision of staff; interpretation of policy; maintenance of quarters; long-range planning. Bachelor’s Degree in business or public administration desired and 5 to 7 years of experience as Executive Director and/or Assistant Director of a non-profit organization or comparable management experience.
