Job #1 – Administrative Assistant, Grant Dept. – Mid Cape Full Time: Record daily gift entries for development initiatives including annual and capital campaigns, in-kind donations, sponsorships, grants, and special events. Maintain accurate, complete and up-to-date donor records in database. Maintain security and accuracy of confidential files. Maintain schedule of grant deadlines, awards and reporting requirements and communicate this information with appropriate departments. Expertise in Microsoft Word and Excel. Us of Little Green Light (LGL) data system or similar software. 1 to 2 years of development department experience. Grants administration experience preferred but not required.

Job #2 – Program Coordinator – Upper Cape Full Time: Program Coordinator will assist in overseeing the administrative and clinical functions of our residential group home based out of Sandwich, MA serving adults with developmental disabilities. Help ensure the quality of the program by coordinating the daily activities and programs for all the consumers.Provide the consumers with an intensively therapeutic program designed to enhance community acceptability and increase independence. Bachelor’s degree in a related field and/or 3 years of experience; Previous supervisory experience in human services Med certification strongly preferred. Valid driver’s license with at least 2 years of driving experience.
