Job #1 – Finance Director – Upper Cape Full Time: Responsible for coordination of all municipal financial activities, development of financial policies and practices, maintenance of accounting systems, budgeting, financial forecasting, capital planning and reporting and compliance with applicable legal/contractual obligations and procurements. Requires 5 to 10 or more years’ experience in Massachusetts municipal finance, preferably at the department head level; Bachelor’s or Master’s (preferred) degree in finance, administration or accounting; a thorough knowledge in municipal finance (competent with UMAS) and budget management. CGA certification preferred.

Job #2 – Contact Center Specialist – Mid Cape Full Time: Provides customer service for consumer and business customers and prospects using the telephone and Internet. Includes opening accounts, customer service, records management, and servicing accounts. Will open and maintain loan relationships, electronic banking relationships, and provide ongoing support. Extensive knowledge bank’s products and services is required. Candidate is required to have three (3) years prior experience providing customer service and technology support, prior platform/ banking experience, an Associate’s degree or equivalent experience and working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the Internet.
