Outdoor Labyrinth Walk in Orleans

June 15th at Federated Church...

The Federated Church of Orleans

United Church of Christ

Labyrinth Walk   Friday, June 15, 2018  10:00 A.M.

The 10 a.m. walk will have three parts.  There will be a welcome by Jan Brink with a reading to focus our attention on the sacred space of the labyrinth.  Cheri Tyree will pace our entrance into the labyrinth.

The theme presented by Dr. Margaret Rappaport, Veriditas-certified Labyrinth Facilitator will continue to focus on “Creation”.  Darlene T. Hagon, Veriditas-certified Labyrinth Facilitator will select meditative music to accompany the guided walk.

Following a brief reminder of walking the labyrinth as a meditative practice, participants will share some of the occasions in life when we may feel that we are coming out of a labyrinth, having reached the center, and experienced a “recreation”.  As we walk together we may seek the meaning of co-creation.

Darlene T. Hagon will provide an inspirational closing.
