Independence House has put together a raffle that will incorporate the entire month of July with 31 winners receiving 31 prizes, one on each day of the month.

The calendar raffle was made possible thanks to many businesses donating exceptional items that range from a dessert pie from Centerville Pie Company to gift certificates from numerous restaurants with values that range up to $150, to spa and yoga services, beautiful pottery pieces and Heritage Adventure Park climbing passes. To make things even more exciting, Independence House has added giveaway’s for their upcoming Elton John Tribute Concert in October and some of their signature Independence House Cape Cod Coffee and Mugs.  There’s also a lot more along with a chance to win 4 Red Sox tickets and a pair of New England Patriots tickets.

The Seas the Day Calendar Raffle cost is just $10 per calendar entry and winners will begin being picked on July 1. Donna Giberti, Director of Development and Marketing for Independence House says, “This fundraiser is not something unique, however we’re hoping to step it up by holding it in July as a mid-year holiday giving event and we’re working with the donors to have the winners picked at their locations on Facebook-live as much as possible throughout the month.”

Calendar entries can be purchased by either stopping in to the Hyannis Independence House office located at 160 Bassett Lane, or purchasing them securely online along with a full view of the calendar at https://indhouse.ejoinme.org/calendar.

Proceeds of the raffle will go to support the programs and services Independence House provides to members of the community on Cape Cod who have been impacted by domestic or sexual violence.   Independence House is Cape Cod’s leading resource, counseling and advocacy center to address and prevent domestic and sexual violence.
