Author Talk with Annie Hartnett

The Osterville Village Library (OVL) is pleased to announce the upcoming Author Talk with Annie Hartnett on her first novel “Rabbit Cake.”

Annie Hartnett’s debut novel “Rabbit Cake” was published in 2017, and was one of named one of the best books of the year by Kirkus Reviews, Chicago Review of Books, and Book Riot. Rabbit Cake was a finalist for the New England Book Award, long listed for the Center for Fiction's First Novel Prize, and shortlisted for Crook’s Corner Book Prize.

On Monday, July 9th at 3:00pm you can listen to Annie Hartnett read the first chapter and stay for a book signing and FAQ session with the author. “Rabbit Cake” is the darkly comic novel about a young girl named Elvis trying to figure out her place in a world without her mother.
