Free Yoga!  Whelden Memorial Library is hosting a Kind Yoga, Mindfulness, and Wellness class on Monday, July 16 from 4:00-6:00 p.m.  Come for a gentle introduction to yoga and a discussion about further mindfulness techniques.   Smoothie social to follow.  Registration required.  Call 508-362-2262.
