Job #1 – Advertising Assistant – Mid Cape Full Time: Fulfill a key role in our advertising department providing communication and support between the customer, the advertising representative and other departments. Prepare ad insertion orders, proofing & copy, resolve customer inquiries, assist sales reps with ads, maintain and update files. The successful candidate will have 1-2 years in an administrative position, ability to operate a PC and knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, a fundamental knowledge local advertising media and a valid MA driver’s license and excellent driving record.
Job #2 – Professional Services Program Manager – Upper Cape Full Time: The Program Manager position directly manages SAAS registration project managers and coordinators. Is responsible for the successful delivery of all programs and services including the operational planning, establishment, execution, and evaluation. Serves as the principal point of contact with executives/clients and liaison between the technical and operational staff to resolve issues and resource priorities, while providing both day-to-day and strategic guidance to event services staff. BS/BA degree or equivalent in management or a relevant field (technical, business or financial discipline); MS/MA is a plus. At least 5 years of management level experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. Ten years of experience in a high-technology company. PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
