Job #1 – Front Desk Associate – Upper Cape Full Time: Assist in is guest check-in and check-out for bowling and the redemption counter, attend to the birthday parties and assist customers in solving any other situations that arise. Our work environment is often fast-paced requiring individuals to be on their feet for an entire shift. Our employees must be friendly, enthusiastic and energetic individuals as our focus is to provide the best customer service as possible and have one year of previous customer service related work. Pay is $12 to $15 per hour depending on experience and benefits.

Job #2 – Administrative and Events Assistant – Mid Cape Full Time: Perform data entry of annual and capital campaigns donations, in-kind donations, sponsorships, grants, and special events. Maintain accurate, complete and up-to-date donor records. Responsible for the security and accuracy of confidential files using best practices. May require occasional evening and weekend hours. Coordinate the scheduling of volunteers, timelines, and event logistics and ensure deadlines are met. Must have extremely strong computer and data entry skills and demonstrated high competency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Will be required to perform extensive general office correspondence duties.
