Provide recommendations and assist small business customers with financial solutions to satisfy spending, saving and borrowing needs. Collaborate with colleagues to support and refer small business customers with more complex financial needs to appropriate resources. High School degree or GED required. Job #2 – Inside Sales Representative – Upper Cape Full Time: Process and maintain customer orders, create transfers between various warehouse/store locations, procure specialty material though the use of purchase orders, schedule and manage customer deliveries, be able to effectively handle customer service issues, and produce bids for customer approval. Must have a working knowledge of Excel, MSWord, internet, e-mail and web browsers. A strong sales aptitude is required. Previous sales experience preferred.

Job #2 – Clinical Social Worker – Upper Cape Full Time: Community based clinical social worker to perform mental health counseling, group work, outreach, case management and community development projects. Provide psychotherapeutic counseling, case management and advocacy for individuals, couples, and families. Master’s Degree in social work or related field; five years of experience in counseling and a diverse range of social work; experience in clinical supervision and community organizing preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Valid Massachusetts motor vehicle operator’s license and Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LMFT or LMHC required, Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker preferred. Job #3 – Principal Division Assistant – Mid Cape Full Time: Skilled secretarial and administrative work of moderate difficulty and responsibility assisting the Division Head, General Foreman, and Working Foreman relevant to Division procedures and practices. High School diploma with courses in offices procedures and computer skills, three years secretarial, business administration or customer service experience; or any combination of education and experience.
