Job #1 – Front Desk Associate – Mid Cape Full Time: Duties include patient check-in/check-out, answering phones and scheduling patients for treatment services, perform insurance verifications and determine eligibility of benefits; process insurance claims and collect patient balances; provide administrative support to the doctors and assistants. Must have a minimum of 1 year of orthodontic, dental or other medical/healthcare front office experience, or training in a similar capacity in a professional office setting and a high school diploma or GED. Associates degree or equivalent from a 2-year college or technical/professional school preferred.

Job #2 – Resident Manager – Upper Cape Full Time: Leasing of self-storage space, timely collections of rent and fees, maintenance of facility and performing small repairs and light landscaping duties. Prepare of letters and documentation relating to the auction process. Involved in the marketing to local businesses and the community via social media outlets and in person. Resident Management experience not required as long as proven strong customer service skills. Must have experience with computers. 2 years Self-Storage Management experience, 2 years Sales and 1-year Customer Service preferred. Benefits include on-site housing.
