Salary $28,000 annually with good benefits.

Job #2 – Residential Mortgage Sales Manager – Mid Cape Full Time: Leads and inspires the mortgage lending team through strategy, mentorship and successful personal loan production. Continuously develops customers and referral sources, in partnership with all business lines to provide comprehensive banking services and products. Must have Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent through related experience, with 5-7 years of experience in residential mortgage sales management. Strong working knowledge of underwriting guidelines, processing and closing functions; 5 years’ experience working with FHLMC/FNMA/FHA/VA/USDA programs and guidelines, as well as other conventional investors and mortgage insurers is required. Previous experience with Encompass or similar LOS platform required.

Job #2 - Program and Outreach Manager - Mid Cape Full Time: Maintain and grow programs and visibility of a nonprofit organization. Responsible for the planning, promotion, coordination, and implementation of many programs and events. Creates annual marketing and outreach plan. Maintains social media presence on organization’s Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn pages. Bachelor’s degree or above, plus three (3) years relevant experience required. Must be willing to work early morning, evening, and weekend hours as needed. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint and have experience creating graphic promotional pieces with Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator. Salary is $42,000 to $50,000 annually with benefits.

Job #3 - Accounting Clerk/Staff Assistant - Lower Cape Full Time: Responsibilities include data entry and system maintenance to support accounting functions, generating and distributing monthly departmental expense reports, apportioning monthly utility invoices, maintaining data bases and records, and providing administrative backup for staff and payroll. Requires high school diploma, a minimum of two years’ experience with secretarial, accounting and/or payroll functions, and demonstrated ability to accurately manage databases, word processing applications, and spreadsheets. Salary range $23.41 to $28.51 per hour commensurate with experience and great benefits.
