Job #1 – Property Manager – Mid Cape Full Time: Formulate and adhere to operating budgets. Market and rent apartments taking steps to achieve full occupancy. Adhere to HUD, MHFA regulations, and adher to company policies for rent collection procedures. Enforce resident compliance to lease provisions. Prepare certification/re-certification forms and submit accurate HAP requests monthly. Must have Bachelor’s degree in business administration, real estate or related field and two (2) year’s professional property management experience. Experience with project-based Section 8 housing a definite plus. Must be proficient in MS Office Suite. Must be knowledgeable with Onesite software.

Job #2 – Staff Accountant – Lower Cape Full Time: Aid Senior accountant for all general accounting matters including: Month end standard journal entries, billing for service and architecture, maintenance and monitoring of employee equipment inventory, coordinate the review of budgeting and payment for equipment related expense including fuel for vehicles, software license and maintenance fees for various applications, and prepare account reconciliations and balance sheet and income statement analysis. A bachelor’s degree in accounting or business with emphasis in accounting, is required. Proficient in Excel and Word. Experience with Sage 100, 300 or similar general ledger package preferred. Experience with QuickBooks a plus.
