Job #1 – Building and Maintenance Coordinator – Outer Cape Full Time: General handyman skills, performing janitorial duties, keeping the grounds in order, maintaining the gardens and other duties as required including cleaning, painting, and making necessary repairs; maintaining equipment and supervising its use, gardening, watering, pruning, planting; keeping grounds and all public spaces, i.e. bathrooms, landscaping, parking area in order. May be requested to assist with special events on the property. Must reside on the Cape and have own vehicle as well as a valid Driver’s License. Salary range $33,000 to $37,500 annually with some benefits.

Job #2 – Leasing Consultant – Mid and Upper Cape Full Time: Will manage marketing of vacant units using a variety of media, collect rents, facilitate residents interviewing and screening process, and implement procedures in maintaining wait lists, evaluating eligibility and income, calculating rents and utility allowances. Minimum of three years of experience in property management or asset management, have basic proficiency in the use of computers. Some post high school education preferred. Knowledge of HUD regulations, forms, inspection criteria and processes and regulatory requirements including Section 8/Tax Credit program funding sources.
