Two More Arrests by Wareham Police

From the Wareham Police Department:

At approximately 9 a.m. on Saturday, June 18th, Officers Christopher Smith and Richard Robidoux arrested Xavier Hernandez, age 18, of Wareham, at 394 Main St.

Police report that Hernandez had three active warrants for his arrest and the officers located him hiding in a kitchen cabinet.

Hernandez is scheduled to appear in Wareham District Court.

At approximately 11:45 p.m. Saturday night, officers responded to a report that a car struck a gate on Mosquito Dam Road.

At the scene, officers discovered a car with heavy front end damage.

Following an on-scene investigation, the uninjured operator of the car, Brian Rockwood, age 39, of Wareham, was arrested by Officers Ryan Gomes and Christopher Smith.
