Job #1 – Sales Director – Upper Cape Full Time: Responsible for generating qualified leads and closing sales for the community and maintaining the census goals of the Community. Develop and implement a marketing plan with the Executive Director and scheduling public relations activities. Must have demonstrated experience in sales and marketing and be sensitive to the needs of elders and disabled persons. Minimum of three (3) years health care marketing experience preferred. Minimum of an Associate’s Degree in healthcare administration, business management, marketing, and/or public relations preferred.
Job #2 – Administrative Assistant/Sales Coordinator – Mid Cape Full Time: The administrative position requires an advanced understanding of Microsoft programs especially Excel, excellent communication skills both oral and written, as well as a good knowledge of Dropbox. Will report directly to the Vice President and be responsible for driving sales growth, Sales Rep Communication, Trade Show Support and Merchandising our corporate showrooms. Previous experience in sales, sales displays, and Trade Shows is a major plus. Must be able to travel frequently for multiple days and to multiple locations throughout the country.
