Job #1 – Loan Operations Generalist – Lower Cape

Full-time: Performs a wide variety of service and operational duties in support of residential, commercial and consumer loan operations. Delivers accurate and reliable data entry services, resolves issues and provides a superior level of internal and external customer support. Provides outstanding customer service efficiently, effectively and in conformance with Investor, State and Federal regulatory guidelines. Candidates will need to be able to float between our Loan Operations locations in Yarmouth and Orleans. Banking or financial services experiences preferred.Excellent data entry and computer skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks while paying attention to financial and administrative details. High School diploma or equivalent required. 

Job #2 – Facilities Maintenance Assistant – Upper Cape

Full Time: Performs preventative maintenance, minor repairs, various construction activities, and other general duties for all Town buildings and grounds, including schools. Operates light trucks, small power equipment, hand tools or performs manual labor. Assists with snow removal operations. This position is subject to call out for emergencies after normal working hours. Minimum Requirements: HS Diploma or GED. Must have 3 years of building repair, maintenance, and/or construction experience. Must successfully pass a comprehensive background check. $20.24/hour. APPLICATION DEADLINE SEPT. 10, 2018
