Press release from United Cape Patriots...

United Cape Patriots kicked off the "No Sanctuary Cyr" campaign today from 2-4pm at the Hyannis Airport Rotary.

The response was overwhelmingly positive with several people stopping to share their concern with Cape & Island Senator Cyr's continued efforts to pass a Sanctuary State bill. The most recent attempt, a spending bill amendment, failed but would have ended Barnstable County Sheriff James Cummings 287(g) agreement with ICE.

United Cape Patriot founder Adam Lange from Brewster said these type of stand-outs are designed to expose local elected officials who's voting record conflicts with working Cape families. "Illegal immigration costs Massachusettes taxpayers over $2B a year. Sanctuary is a failed policy that puts public safety at risk, and must be confronted by voters in November".

United Cape Patriots is based in Brewster, and was founded on the following principles:

We adhere to the constitution as originally intended.

We are party agnostic.

We prioritize our resources to counter local liberal efforts that conflict with our values and impact our families.
