Job #1 – Installation Manager – Upper Cape/Cape Wide

Full Time: Serve as primary job site contact for installation subcontractors and customers for the entirety of the installation life cycle. Determine workflow, project complexity and identifications of appropriate skills necessary to complete a project. Provide direct management and leadership to subcontractors, including overall assessment of subcontractor capabilities. Must have 5-7 years of experience in construction project management, estimating or engineering. High school graduate, College degree preferred, in Construction and/or Engineering related discipline. Proficiency in MS Office Suite programs. Have flexibility to adapt well in a changing environment to include hours of work and likely excessive drive time. Salary $60,000 to $70,000 annually with great benefits.

Job #2 – Community Animal Welfare Specialist – Mid Cape

Full Time: Work directly with several species of animals to evaluate their physical and behavioral health and implement training and medical plans to increase their adoptability and quality of life. Facilitate adoptions by matchmaking animals with prospective adopters. Work one on one to offer problem solving advice and connect people with affordable veterinary and behavior resources. Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree required and minimum of 2 years working with animals in some capacity. Applicants with experience with different animal species of all sizes and temperaments are preferred. Must have the ability to lift, push, pull or carry objects and/or animals weighing up to 50 lbs.
