Job #1 – Customer Assistance Representative – Mid Cape
Full Time: Provide personalized service via telephone and email, answering online banking and debit card questions for customers and providing related support to retail branch team members. Associate’s degree and previous retail banking and call center experience preferred. Candidates must have strong technical skills with knowledge of online and mobile banking technologies with an aptitude to resolve common browser issues, and the ability to navigate multiple system applications. Must be able to work Thursday and Fridays until 7:00 p.m. and Saturdays until 2:00 p.m.
Full Time: Manage and lead all Social Media efforts. Utilize Constant Contact campaigns to promote new products, training-oriented content, and sales campaigns. Work with vendors and product managers to initiate open houses and training classes. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and familiarity with Creative Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Video editing). We can train as needed. We prefer you have at least one years’ experience in video editing, photography, and Social Media Marketing.
