Driver Extricated Following Rollover Crash in South Yarmouth

Power knocked out for a short time...

A rollover crash in South Yarmouth sent the driver to Cape Cod Hospital after firefighters extricated him from the wreck.  The crash happened around 10:30 p.m. near 134 Old Main Street in South Yarmouth.

The pickup truck reportedly clipped a utility pole and then hit a tree, coming to rest on its side.  Eversource crews were called to the scene to remedy a brief power outage.

The driver's injuries were reported to be non-lift-threatening.  Yarmouth Police are investigating the crash.
