"Artful Aging" at Chatham Council on Aging

Starting October 16th in Chatham

Chatham Council on Aging will hold a series of four art classes: “Artful Aging”, beginning on Tuesday, October 16th.  All are Welcome. No experience is necessary, and there are no pre-requisites required.  The remaining classes will be held on October 30th, November 6th, and November 13th. This course will culminate in a fifth presentation-session on November 20th ; at which, the participants will have an opportunity to share their creations. This class is led by local artist, Gail Tilton, and it provides inspiration to participants for Aging Artfully, by combining art materials, music, movement, sound, poetry,  humor, and meditation as tools for self-care and wellness.  The class is free and sponsored by the generosity of the Friends of the Chatham Council on Aging.  Call the Chatham COA to register, at 508-945-5190.  Space is limited and transportation is available.
