Job #1 – Rehab Office Coordinator – Mid Cape

Full Time: Responsible for all clerical, housekeeping, and administrative services of the department. Assure payroll information submitted on a weekly basis and submit all expense reports. Track physician orders and signatures. Clean equipment, ensure mechanical checks or calibrations are completed according to schedule, empty laundry, stock supplies and clean laundry, and order supplies as necessary. Must possess a minimum of high school diploma or equivalent. Certification as a Nursing Assistant is also preferred.  

Job #2 – Office Administrator – Upper Cape

Full Time:  Perform data entry. Review, organize, and maintain customer and employee files. Support human resource issues. Process applications and set up new employees in system. Assist employees with basic benefits and payroll issues. Voucher invoices for approval and payment. Answer telephones and route calls appropriately. Order office supplies. Manage accounts receivables collection. Submit payroll, customer summary billing, post checks/deposits and manage petty cash. Must have two-year degree or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages.
