Indoor Canvas Labyrinth Meditative Walk

November 9th in Harwich

Finding Our Life Purpose in the Labyrinth is the theme of this month’s 10 a.m. walking meditation facilitated by Dr. Margaret Rappaport.  She suggests ways to focus attention on our individual “natural talents” that we find easy to express and on which others rely.

When we identify these “strengths” by connecting with them, naming them, and appreciating them, we are more authentically ourselves which is a satisfying experience in itself!  Bringing them into mindful, conscious awareness leads us to make our behavior more of a celebration!  Making our talents the basis for enjoying every day activities more fully is the goal of our labyrinth walk.

Music selected by Darlene T. Hagon also helps us focus on the theme of this relaxed, quiet group walk.  The labyrinth is arrayed for inspiration and is candle lit to motivate mindfulness.

All are welcome to join us for meditation while walking on the labyrinth or observing around the outside of the labyrinth space.
