Job #1 – Help Desk/IT Specialist – Mid Cape
Full Time: Will be responsible for answering user requests and resolving problems for computer software, remote access, and hardware inquiries. Occasional onsite visits to clients in southeastern MA for PC repair and installation. Setup hardware and software ensuring proper configuration of Windows 10. Help business clients troubleshoot their line of business applications. Use Windows Server for user, printer, and shared folder administration. Provide end user training. Must have at least two years’ experience as a Help Desk or IT Specialist, preferably in a Managed IT Services environment. Salary range is $45,000 to $65,000 annually commensurate with experience and includes exceptional benefits.
Job #2 – Front Desk Representative – Upper Cape
Full Time: Greet patients and check in and out. Schedule patient appointments and testing. Obtain and verify patient insurance, record and process patient demographics and knowledge of most insurance carriers. Collect patient payments, post payments, reconcile payments and prepare deposits, providing an accurate accounting of funds. Review billing to ensure that appropriate procedures have been designated by the provider. High School Degree or GED required. Knowledge of medical terminology and work experience in a medical office setting preferred.
