Job #1 – Civil Staff Engineer-Entry Level – Lower Cape

Full Time: Collects data and gathers information and/or documents. Performs engineering and survey field work, engineering and survey calculations and analysis, soil testing for subsurface sewage disposal system and drainage system designs, and site inspections.

Assists Project Managers and Project Engineers in preparation of project deliverables including subsurface sewage disposal systems and sewer connections, site development plans, road plans, and stormwater drainage system plans, reports and letters. Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering required, EIT certification preferred.

Job #2 – General Manager – Upper Cape

Full Time: Manages the day to day hotel operations. Maximizes profitability as well as guest and team member satisfaction. Communicates with corporate offices, as required. Ensures the development and execution of strategic sales and marketing initiatives. Approves hotel department budgets, defining and directing changes, as required. Facilitates the preparation of hotel budgets and forecasts for corporate submission and approvals. Must have extensive knowledge of hotel operations, sales & marketing, food & beverage, human resources and hotel financial processes and analysis and requires substantial and successful track record in hotel operations.
