District Attorney Michael O’Keefe’s office announced today the arraignment of Kevin S. Fowler, a.k.a. Kevin Spacey, in the Nantucket District Court on a single count of indecent assault and battery on a person who has attained the age of 14. A not guilty plea was entered on the defendant’s behalf.

Judge Thomas Barrett ordered the defendant released on his personal recognizance with the condition that he has no contact with the victim or the victim’s family. This was the recommendation of the Commonwealth.

The case has been continued for a pretrial conference on March 4, 2019. The defendant’s presence for that conference has been excused by agreement.
