Job #1 – Program Counselor – Mid Cape

Full Time: Responsible for providing services to tenants and landlords participating in rental assistance programs. Responsible for maintaining client files, negotiating leases and contracts, mediating for landlords and tenants and providing information to applicants, property owners, other agencies and the general public. Must have exceptional organizational and time-management skills, above average oral and written communication skills, ability to meet deadlines, and able to comprehend and utilize complex program regulations and procedures. Job #2 – Administrative Assistant – Mid Cape

Full Time: Complex and highly responsible administrative and record keeping work managing sewer billing system; conducts meter reading and coordinates billing processes; assists the Division Supervisor in discharging the duties of the office as its Manager. High school diploma with courses in accounting. Five years of experience with office procedures and clerical work; or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
