Job #1 – Hotel Maintenance Manager – Mid Cape
Full Time: Manage the physical building structure, all mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems ensuring systems operate to regulatory standards and all property assets are constantly maintained. Required to manage budgets, capital expenditure projects, preventative maintenance and energy conservation. Responsible for training, mentoring, development of engineering team, and scheduling of employees. Five years’ experience as a facilities manager or engineer in a Hospitality related environment. Extensive knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, refrigeration, and safety operating systems. Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
Job #2 – Executive Assistant – Upper Cape
Full Time: Plan, organize and coordinate administrative aspects of Executive’s office. Assist in preparation of Board Meeting agenda, assemble data, distribute of agenda packets and related correspondences, and oversee meetings arrangements. Takes, prepares and maintains meeting minutes. Act as Executive Assistant to the CFO, CCO, COO, and CHRO as necessary. Business/office management background equivalent to a bachelor’s degree in a business-related field and/or six years of executive assistant (or similar) experience. Previous work experience in a healthcare setting preferred. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
