Chatham, Mass. – January 16, 2019 – As a continuation of Chatham Bars Inn’s commitment to holistic wellness, the resort announces “Wellness for All Seasons,” an ongoing wellness retreat series boasting a strong lineup of interactive itineraries hosted by acclaimed wellness experts and thought-leaders, designed to inspire guests to enhance their overall mental, physical, and spiritual well-being. A leader in wellness, Chatham Bars Inn helps guests find balance with the natural surroundings of Cape Cod, while providing a platform to collaborate through wellness-centric experiences.

This year, the resort has partnered with wellness-industry expert Sallie Fraenkel, president of the Mind Body Spirit Network, former COO of SpaFinder Wellness and EVP of the Global Wellness Summit, to create highly experiential, interactive weekends designed to create community and meaningful connections.

With topics ranging from mindset, personal wellness and beauty transformations, each immersive session in the resort’s wellness series touches on the diverse components of overall well-being with the goal of helping guests step away from the whirlwind of life and refocus. As wellness becomes more prevalent, Chatham Bars Inn has found ways to integrate it into every component of the guest experience and all the offerings are designed to guide our guests on their journey toward personal fulfillment.

Beginning this Spring, the “Wellness for All Seasons” series will kick off on March 22-24 with “Mindset Reset” - a curated weekend led by Sonia Satra, founder of Moticise – an award-wining wellness program that combines movement with mindset to help participants reach their own personal greatness. During the weekend, guests will have the opportunity to participate in indoor and outdoor adventures that will help guests’ recharge, revitalize, and reset intentions for the year. Upcoming wellness sessions include a weekend hosted by personal life coach Ivy Woolf Turk on April 5-7 and beauty expert Jennifer Rose on May 3-5.
