From the Bourne Department of Natural Resources (verbatim):

The Department of Natural Resources is looking for the party responsible for abandoning this cat in this pet carrier on Midway Road in Monument Beach. The cat was found by a Good Samaritan at approximately 3.00 p.m., Thursday, February 7 and brought to our office for care. If anyone has any information, please contact us.
