Job #1 – Project Manager – Cape Wide

Full Time: Responsible for being the lead manager on projects both locally and regionally. In addition, plays a major role in establishing project teams and leading them to project completion and closeout. Skilled in project management techniques and able to create and effectively communicate project priorities and capable of adjusting to change quickly. Manage projects in accordance with objectives in safety performance, customer satisfaction and profitability. 4-year degree preferred; advanced degree desired. Must have 10 or more years of experience in increasingly responsible project management with a proven track record of results.

Job #2 – Director of Finance – Lower Cape

Full Time: Provide leadership in developing financial strategies to build/grow the business. Direct all financial functions, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, General Ledger, Monthly Bank Account Reconciliation, Treasury and Tax Preparation to insure proper accounting and legal compliance. Provide timely and accurate analysis of forecasts, budgets, financial reports and financial trends and develop solutions to business challenges and optimizing financial performance. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related field,  MBA/CPA preferred. 8+ years of progressive experience in Finance at a senior level.
